Overview

TimeDoc Health is a leading chronic care management platform serving healthcare organizations nationwide. As the Digital Marketing Manager, I own the complete B2B marketing function — driving demand generation, content strategy, and pipeline growth for their SaaS platform.

The Challenge

TimeDoc needed to shift its marketing narrative from patient-facing outcomes to B2B value propositions that resonate with healthcare executives, practice administrators, and clinical decision-makers. The challenge was building a scalable inbound engine that could generate qualified enterprise leads while maintaining thought leadership in the virtual care management space.

The Approach

I built a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy centered on HubSpot as the marketing automation backbone. This included redesigning email nurture sequences, launching a LinkedIn content program targeting healthcare decision-makers, creating blog content that positions TimeDoc as a thought leader, and developing sales enablement materials that support the deal cycle.

End-to-end ownership of all email marketing — from strategy and segmentation to copywriting, design, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Managing nurture sequences, product announcements, and event promotions.

LinkedIn Content Strategy

Creating and managing organic LinkedIn content that drives engagement with healthcare executives. Grew organic followers by 23% through consistent thought leadership posts, industry commentary, and company updates.

Blog & Content Creation

Writing and publishing blog posts that position TimeDoc as a thought leader in virtual care management. Topics span industry trends, product updates, client success stories, and regulatory insights.

Demand Generation & Pipeline

Building and optimizing the inbound lead generation engine. Introduced a $2M+ deal through strategic outbound and content-driven pipeline development. Grew HubSpot inbounds by 80% in 6 months.

Within six months, the strategy delivered measurable impact across every channel. HubSpot inbound leads grew by 80%, organic LinkedIn followers increased by 23%, and I directly introduced a deal worth over $2 million to the pipeline.
