TimeDoc needed to shift its marketing narrative from patient-facing outcomes to B2B value propositions that resonate with healthcare executives, practice administrators, and clinical decision-makers. The challenge was building a scalable inbound engine that could generate qualified enterprise leads while maintaining thought leadership in the virtual care management space.
I built a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy centered on HubSpot as the marketing automation backbone.
